HN used to be 75% a social experiment around dunning-kruger with 25% reasonable conversation.

Now it's 50% dunning-kruger and 50% meta-dunning-kruger (or DK^2 if you will) where the posters and the moderators congratulate each other on how well they're doing

@ljs how do you plan to replace hn for actual good (and rare :/) content that sometimes pop-ups?

@dimtion I've not found it to be a huge loss tbh. Yeah it's still good for sourcing things but turns out I can live without it.

Then again been v focused on book so :)
