Maybe, it doesn't apply just because it is not meant to be applied there from the very beginning?

@oleksandr must be due to Fixes: 9dbd1aa3a81c (4.8 commit) and Fixes: 1af2048a3e87 (4.16 commit) but yeah the # v6.7+ should override that. I wonder if those 2 Fixes are even correct as the changelog only mentions f52f5c71f3d4 specifically (which is 6.7)
