But (for me much more important) are you planning a second phone with for example a or at least a SoC? Or do you just planning to use Smartphones as your base platform?

@scops @furilabs It's like SailfishOS yes, but I wouldn't say it's like PureOS, Mobian or postmarketOS. Those distros aim to use the mainline kernel only and no proprietary Android drivers, while FuriOS and SailfishOS use Android kernels and a tool called Halium to use proprietary Android drivers. Different approaches to get hardware functionality and a fundamental different way of thinking about the problem.

@scops @furilabs FuriOS is like SailfishOS. Not a mainline kernel, unlikely to be long-term maintained. PureOS and Mobian are different. PostmarketOS can do both.
