Fucker. It should be illegal for big planes to just burn fuel over residential area.
@oleksandr Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, in the middle of one of the most densely populated areas in Europe...
@pony It flew at 600 m only, the noise is huge.
@ljs BREAKING: [PATCH 00/13] locking/mutex: introduce pessimistic spinning
@oleksandr that's a commercial flight, why the heck is it making circles over Brno?..
@farcaller As per Flightradar24, it flies from Brno to Brno, so fair enough technically.
@ljs For a fair pessimistic spinning you should include all the headers available.
@thomholwerda No wonder a Dutch man is always depressed.
@oleksandr I suppose it has to do something with maintenance. That doesn't look like a training flight. That'd also explain why it keeps close to the runway.
@oleksandr Wouldn't you be if you had to live with 17 million of us in a far too tiny swamp? 😂
@oleksandr maybe it's cheap to rent an Airbus to fly around in Czechia :3
@oleksandr this is that one austrian that does training flights every single day, no?
i am generally always happy to see it, because it flies low and sometimes does funny stuff. what is the problem there, some ecological impact?
@lkundrak Not every day, but quite often for me to notice as it flies just over the building where I live. Hence the ecological impact on me (noise).
@oleksandr and now I'm just sitting in here tuned to LKTB's tower frequency and trying to figure why planes repeatedly fly over your head 🤔
@farcaller Is this how the vacation is spent nowadays?
@farcaller @oleksandr
Brno airport is set as a technical and rescue airport for CZ. I.e., if you train a pilot how to land, it is done here. If you do any certification, if it is done here. If you do the landing without landing gear it is done here. This is not an excuse for low-attitude flights, but it explains frequent circles around the airport.
