@hyeyoo @vbabka it's actually pretty bad ass if i understand it correctly, that is, it's caused by prions which are essentially misfolded proteins that can cause other proteins to also misfold and replicate itself that way. it survives cooking, and spreads to whoever eats it eventually convincing its brain to produce messed up proteins. it transcends death! and then slowly procees replacing good brain matter with the misfolded rubbish, progressively ruining mental faculties until one basically just drools and laughs and listens to demilich, very nice 🧠🚫
