Though Vlasta deletes everything so deleting the chapter is sort of on-theme

@andrew_shadura @ljs @oleksandr @dougmerritt that's the IKEA allocator. You only get a bunch of pages, 8-byte object headers, a comic book describing the first-fit algorithm and an Allen key, and assemble the object layout yourself.
