Image released by the Finnish Police about the Eagle S boarding. Two helicopters were used, one Finnish Defence Forces and another Border Patrol (AS332-H215 Super Puma in the image). The helicopters were crewed by Police and Border Guard Special Intervention Units. The units were armed in case of resistance, but none was met.

There's a presser going on right now about the Estlink 2 electricity cable cut. In addition to Estlink 2 and C-Lion1 two of Elisa's fiber optic cables between Finland and Estonia have been cut and a third cable is damaged.
Apparently the coast guard and police have boarded an oil tanker by helicopter and taken control of the bridge. They saw the tanker dragging its anchors so seems very cut and dry.
