@ozzelot AGPS is quite old technology. Anyway, you might be able to get a good fix outside, then bring receiver inside, and keep getting position data. That will also get you almanach / ephemeris data, in a similar way AGPS would. OTOH... usually indoors you already know where you are :-).

f you can, teaching the horse to face the dog worked well for us 99% of time. Dogs eventually realize that horse a) has bigger teeth and b) is not running away.
The remaining 1% was a (pitbull) dog that wanted to play, and horse going straight at him did not scare him off. I was afraid that horse would harm him in self-defence, so I just jumped on him and grabbed his collar. Dog wanted to play, and this was suprising enough to stop the conflict.

Kamarad chtel po ChatGPT (LLM, "AI") aplikaci pro android. A jo, robot zacal popisovat jak ji vyrabi, jak ji testuje, jak ji ma skoro hotovou, jak ji bali do zipu, jak se nahrava, jak uz je nahrana... a pak mu dal odkaz na stranky s malwarem. Jako... Dobry! :-).

@martijnbraam I find it very sad that OLPC's display technology did not make it anywhere else. Its color rendering is not great, and it is quirky display, but readability on direct sunlight is great and that's important outdoors. #olpc

It seems #horse gait estimation on smartwatch is doable. #banglejs2 even includes FFT function in C. Unlike GPS, it does seem not drain battery in 8-or-so hours processing accelerometer data.

@martijnbraam Picky :-). I'm using it as an ssh terminal, and that's still ok. Unfortunately, it looks like battery may be at the end of useful life.
