@vbabka dude. i once locked my back (also tying shoelaces) in my late 20s to the point i spent a night laying on the floor and then called an ambulance in the morning.
then i've spent the whole day in the queue because i wasn't a priority -- still in pain, laying down and unable to get up, so no food, no water.
may sound like a bad day. but i've actually never felt luckier than when i realized how great is it that i'm not a priority in the neurology department. all our trouble looks petty there.
@vbabka Ouch. Last year I managed to do the same just by carrying some groceries. Spent two weeks in a bed.
@vbabka Iโve always hurt myself doing the most mundane things.
Running with a new personal best time? Yeah, no issues, itโll be fine.
Getting up the stairs to my flat a few days later? Sprained ankle because I moved my foot in an awkward way :/
@vbabka @lkundrak @hyeyoo @ljs well, yes. I'm insulted that after attending @linuxplumbersconf in the great apple producing state of Virginia you try to palm everyone off with inferior applejack from Kentucky.
@ljs *whispers* you spelled demon wrong
