@ljs if you actually want to go anywhere, it's more like you have to avoid them...

dude missed the funniest route in prague tho, it begins with the railbus going like 500 meters to the station throat, then the driver switches the cabin, drives 200 meters back over a switch, goes back and only then continues

@pony yeah of course but you can't blame him, he's a brit and he can't speak Czech.

I'd be clueless too worse probably except I'd call one of you guys to guide me.

Maybe even @lkundrak if I wanted total insanity

@pony @ljs if I want to go home from Prague wasted at 0:30 and it's not Friday or Saturday, there's really no other option (besides taxi etc)

@vbabka @ljs i should probably try that, 810 on the mainline to kralupy during the night must be quite a wild ride

(now i would then have to invent a way to get back)

@ljs @lkundrak i think these are things even locals would vaguely struggle with, this railbus has average passenger count of like 3

@pony @vbabka haha it was years ago and pre-uber so I was very lucky to get a cab.

Actually a guy came to pick someone else up who wasn't there and i just said where I wanted to go not even knowing really where I was he looked very surprised haha.

He was quite kind but you know he did charge me quite a lot of money for that.

Had work the next day too.

This was when I was in my 20's...

@pony @vbabka I think this may have been the same night the bouncer had to knock on toilet door to wake me up.

Anyway we've all been there

@jarkko @pony @ljs @vbabka So first kalsarikännit, then krapula. I can relate to that.

@tomasv @pony @ljs @vbabka you fix krapula with ”korjauspakkaus” which translates to ”fixpack”

@vbabka @pony @jarkko @ljs Doesn't seem to be alka-seltzer ... According to a quick google search it seems Finnish people fix their hangover by drinking some sort of polyester resin.

@vbabka @pony @jarkko @ljs Call me overly conservative, but I think I'll stick to Bloody Mary.

@tomasv @vbabka @pony @ljs i drink rarely (expect when getting stuck in tallinn like last night) these days. no hangovers, just over-consuming coffee and keeping the shit together.

@tomasv @vbabka @pony @ljs anyway, i drink bloody mary :-) it is also perfect for jetlag when arriving to the west coast US. I have three simple step for perfect landing:

1. Bloody Mary
2. Margarita
3. One gallon of coffee.
