Yeah am actually truly ill today, it's a cold people, was obviously slowly making itself known...
So we're off (not to) the gym (again). Ugh.
Does explain though why my workout on monday was the worst I ever had though so at least I'm not just losing all my strength... probably.
Not sure if I should really push myself on steps either... I know
@cwayne sets the bar damn high on that but I just don't like the idea of making myself sicker or pressuring when ill...
