@andrew_shadura You may be surprised, but even green and white boršč do exist, also sublimed, also in Ukraine. I haven't tried this though, so cannot judge. Everything I had in the restaurants here was a complete failure though, so my expectations are obviously very low.

@oleksandr, I know they exist, but I’m fairly sceptical anything of non-standard colours in Czechia (or Slovakia) can remotely resemble the actual thing.

@oleksandr, to my surprise, on two occasions boršč in random non-Ukrainian restaurants in Bratislava was fairly good. On multiple occasions it was closer to jókai or gulyás though 😃

@vbabka Yes, owners should be Czechs AFAIK. Maybe they are not quite typical as one could expect, which is an outstanding thing on its own.
