"b4 bugs tui" landed in master, but I'm out of time today to write an announcement. Just some very basic scant details here: https://b4.docs.kernel.org/en/latest/maintainer/bugs.html

More tomorrow, along with a proposal how I hope this will help replace bugzilla and augment "just send an email".

I don't know how we got on these spammers' list, but the mental imagery has been HILARIOUS.

Very much experimental, but git-bug views are now enabled on git.kernel.org:

Have we decided if Josh Law is a bot or not? I have a linux.dev account request from this entity.

In a few minutes I get interviewed by Shuah Khan and might answer questions from the audience if we have time: https://www.linuxfoundation.org/webinars/lf-live-maintainer-series-my-life-as-a-linux-kernel-developer-and-maintainer-with-greg-kh-and-shuah-khan

It will be recorded for playback later as well. It's part of the great Mentorship video series that Shuah has been putting on for years, the back catalog is deep: https://events.linuxfoundation.org/lf-live-mentorship-series/

"b4 bugs tui" is a textual tui wrapper around git-bug that bridges mailing lists and git-bug for a local-first bug tracking experience.

Coming soon to the b4 master branch near you.

We're in yet another oil shock. It will produce yet another inflation crisis. Another recession is likely.

It's a great time to remember that actually...the future is electric!

We need to invest in Canadian security, stability, and energy independence.

Renewable energy is the cheapest, safest and most resilient way to power our economy.

Nobody ever invaded a country for its wind or sunlight.

sergey mironov, a 73-year-old russian politician, illegally adopted a Ukrainian girl from in 2022.

Her older sister remains in , and her guardians are trying to reunite the sisters.

mironov altered the child’s identity, erasing her Ukrainian heritage. The forced transfer of children is a war crime, and this must not be forgotten.

"ICE agents will be deployed to US airports on Monday"

New reason #1 why I choose not to fly. Notice the word deploy - all passengers are now enemies. Plan accordingly, if you are wise. FFS - don't travel to the US.

b4 0.15.0 is out. Lots of new features in this one, including the whole new "b4 review" workflow.

I got my inbox under 300 for the first time in weeks. A large chunk of it is the thread of doom for the bugzilla replacement that remains entirely unread.

I shall now try to catch up to it without losing my sanity.
