@etchedpixels @ChrisMayLA6 @marjolica @BenHourahine LLMs are ... well... pretty good LMs :-). So you can use them for speech-to-text, for example. Translation is another "easy" use case. Whether it is worth the money invested, I'm not sure, but we should be able to get practical, voice-controlled computers, for example.

I was playing with short term rain prediction using data from chmi, but they changed website and it is now broken :-(. https://gitlab.com/tui/tui/-/tree/master/nowcast?ref_type=heads

@pancake I'm actually still using firefoxos, because I like how small Geeksphone Keon (?) is.
And no, using Android does not feel ok. I was wondering why you went from iOS to Android, but yes, there are more hardware choices there.
I like small phones, for example, and Samsung S4 mini is ~ best I could find.

Samsung s4 mini: So, after bit of playing, it seems that lk2nd has framebuffer @ 0x8810_0000, but kernel dts says framebuffer @ 0x8830_0000. I wish that is the only problem, will probably learn that tommorow.

@ondrejkolin Annoying, and it breaks social contract -- we are doing Free software, not Shareware. If I wanted to use annoying software, I can select Windows 11 or Android.

Zlutak s Dolarem se tvarili hladove, tak jsem je pustil na louku. Jenze v zapeti se objevily holky, ze by tam chtely jizdarnovat, a ze jim tam valasi prekazej. No jo, jenze ja nemel po ruce voditka, a myslel jsem ze to nejak zvladnu. A to byla chyba. Dolar se neda vodit. A Dolar se rozhodne neda vodit bez voditka.
Nakonec sem vyhral, ale nebylo to hezke, nebylo to rychle a ... mam jednu ruku dlouhou.

It may still be interesting area with danger of sucking a lot of time, so I may try to get s4 mini value edition (that should be supported), first.
Kernel hacking can be fun, and phones are great, but kernel hacking on phones is usually fairly hard.
