As a person who has been once banned from #GitHub for having one of the secondary emails affiliated with a US-sanctioned entity, I'm shocked so see the ethnic/national discrimination card played as @gregkh announced what turned out to be the exact same thing yesterday. Was I pissed? Oh yeah. Did I have to contact GitHub using pen on paper? LMAO in the process, yes. Is it idiotic that neither of them told the reason upfront in clear terms? Absolutely. But working for a sanctioned company *checks notes* is not a thing you are born into *double-checks notes* yeah, not yet.
