Another day, another broken mailing list that rejects non-member mail. At least send it to a mod queue so that your own list members don't miss out on discussion.

I don't care if they don't see it, I wasn't me that put the list in CC, but the list owner should care..

I've been back squatting consistently for the first time in 2 years the last few weeks and up to twice bodyweight for reps again.

Unremarkable in terms of numbers, but feels good to be back at it :)
