@airtower I do nice ffmpeg -i "$1" -vf scale=$S "$1-l.mkv" -r 24 -c:v libx264 -preset ultrafast -progress /tmp/delme.ffmp.prog . S=-2:768, or whatever your hardware can handle.

@cas I was not aware of Lenovo c630, thanks. That explains people putting Windows on OnePlus. Arm notebook sounds sweet, but I'd like to run FlightGear and I'd like spinning rust, so I guess I'm staying with x86 Thinkpads for now.

@cas Thanks for all the work done OnePlus 6. I was surprised it is as fast as X220... and 6x faster than PinePhone. It currently seems to be most powerful machine I own.

@ptesarik @hrw And that's kind of the point, no? Amiga people want obsolete designs. At some point it will be so obsolete that FPGA solution like MISTer will be suitable, but I assume PowerPC is still too complex for that.
