Riding horses, hacking computers, phones and smartwatch.
"Drezurní kůň by měl být klidný, pružný, uvolněný, sebevědomý, pozorný a bystrý a měl by se svým jezdcem tvořit dokonale harmonický pár." Dokonala harmonie, proto ostruhy a pakove uzdeni ? :-( Jo, ten kun urcite pracuje nadsene a rad.

Mimochodem, na "kun zarolovany za kolmici == zlo" se shodujou skoro vsichni (krome jezdcu a rozhodcich, no)... Da se verit tomu ze kun na kolmici je neco co je pro kone dobre a prospesne?

@Luigi311 You are doing well, but submitting patches to the kernel is just hard :-(.

@vbabka @oleksandr Please avoid mapy.cz. OpenStreetmap exists... and we want it to grow.

@jbqueru @eugenialoli Try Maemo Leste or postmarketOS. Or talk to some embedded developers.

@vbabka @kernellogger @gregkh @oleksandr -stable as usual, I'm afraid. CIP project is trying to limit the damage, but... I guess good first step would be documenting "real" stable kernel rules, because they are very different from what documentation says.

@oleksandr "Stay calm" is a good one. Another one is "don't be too quiet". This applies to bicyclist, too, btw. If you see me riding horse and approach me from behind, just say loud "hello" from distance. Horse is less likely to spook that way.

@Luigi311 Yes, submitting kernel patches is "fun". But with enough effort, you can make it. Feel free to cc: me (and phone-devel) on PPPro related stuff :-).

@oleksandr They are busy making sure that everyone _must_ update to newest -stable :-(.

@dcz @Naughtylus Well, I guess it would all start with userland prototype. It would be quite useful for managing music collection, for example.

@amarok @mkyral I believe Python does quite well in those areas. It does well in other areas, too...

@vbabka @phoronix One day, we might want to run Linux on custom hardware (in FPGA or something). People are already emulating 486 on MISTer... keep x32, ti will be fun.

@airtower @littlefox @mia Kernel build should be fine with 3GB RAM. I did kernel builds on PinePhone.

@mkyral @amarok Python is way older than Go. It is also targetted at very different usecases.

@vegard "You should lean on the side of assigning" does not mean "you should not be able to tell what a vulnerability is, and thus assign CVE to all bugfixes (and cleanups and ...)".

@monsieuricon Does it have anything to do with 1500 stable patches?

@dcz @Naughtylus People tried to do that in the past. BeOS, iirc. And yes, it would be nice, but noone got it to work so far.
